Environmentally Friendly

The buzz words bandied about nowadays is "environmentally friendly," but what does it really mean?  What makes the micro fiber cleaning system (mops, cloths, mitts, etc) environmentally friendly?   Simply, the cloths are "earth friendly."  They don't require the use of harsh chemicals with their gaseous fumes or strong detergents to be effective.   Eliminating the use of these products helps prevent contamination of our water supply by not disposing of, rising them off in our sinks.  Why use a chemical to clean that is considered a "household hazardous waste" and is dangerous to ourselves, our children and our pets?
